幸好麥可大廚靈光一閃，乾脆捏成球狀好了！我們半信半疑的捏成豆腐球，說真的很黏有點難捏，但用厚厚的麵包粉包覆後就很穩固了！四面炸到金黃酥脆後，真的叫做「外酥內嫩」！裡面加了蔥花很讚，之後也可以加其他喜歡的料，做成各種口味哦！這次壓壞豆腐算是因禍得福吧????賺到一個可樂餅吃～開心！

板豆腐 tofu 1塊
蒜頭 ニンニク garlic
洋蔥 玉ねぎ onion
蔥花 青ネギ green onion
辣椒 チリ chili
玉米粉 コンスターチ corn starch
麵包粉 パン粉 panko
麵粉 小麦粉 flour
調味料 SEASONING鹽巴 塩 Salt
黑胡椒 black pepper
白胡椒 white pepper
橄欖油 オリーブオイル olive oil
油 オイル oil
麥可特製醬料 SAUCE蒜頭 ニンニク garlic
洋蔥 玉ねぎ onion
辣椒 チリ chili
山葵 wasabi
豆乳美乃滋 マヨネーズ soy mayonnaise
作法 Directions
- 將豆腐攪碎後加鹽巴、黑胡椒、辣椒片、蔥花攪拌
- 加點玉米粉吸水攪拌
- 準備麵粉，加入鹽巴、辣椒粉、白胡椒攪拌
- 開始捏豆腐球，沾麵粉、和厚厚的麵包粉
- 開炸，將豆腐球每一面都炸至金黃
- 起鍋瀝油，準備醬料後就可以吃囉♡
