以前吃焗烤類都有點罪惡感，現在以豆乳起司焗烤，動物脂肪和卡路里都大大減少，還能攝取植物蛋白質✨
頓時放心許多 （當然也不能吃太多啦）
#日本砂糖不是素的？
但影片中使用的綠色豆乳中含有砂糖，而日本砂糖大部分都有經過牛骨篩選過濾，包含這瓶也是。
因此嚴格定義來說不算純素。在拍攝的時候還不知道，現在已經盡量不買含砂糖的豆乳了。

通心粉 パスタ Pasta
杏鮑菇 エリンギ king oyster
青花菜 ブロッコリー broccoli
蒜頭 ニンニク garlic
豆乳起司 豆乳チーズ soy cheese （或任何植物起司）
豆乳 soy milk
橄欖油 オリーブオイル olive oil
鹽巴 塩 salt
黑胡椒 black pepper
料理酒 japanese sake
蒜泥 にんにくおろし garlic paste
辣椒片 チリ chili
作法 Directions
- 準備任何喜愛的蔬菜，我們使用杏鮑菇、綠花椰菜和蒜片
- 一大鍋水中加入鹽巴和橄欖油，水滾後加入通心粉煮（時間依包裝時間減1-3分鐘），
記得翻攪。同時也將綠花椰菜煮至半熟。 - 將通心粉濾水，加入橄欖油，搖一搖至均勻。
- 以橄欖油爆香蒜片，加入杏鮑菇翻炒，再加入料理酒、蒜泥、通心粉翻炒。
- 加入意麵水、鹽巴、黑胡椒、蒜粉、豆乳、辣椒片翻炒，再加入綠花椰菜及豆乳起司。起鍋前先試個味道，依個人洗好調整鹹度。
- 將通心粉盛起，鋪上豆乳起司、麵包粉、再一層豆乳起司，進烤箱～
- 烤至豆乳起司有些融化，表面有些焦黃就可以開動囉♡
