前幾天麥可興致一來,用台灣Plant A 燕麥奶做了一道香濃可口的燕麥奶燉菜✨當燕麥奶配上植物起司,等登登登登登登~(請自行下中華一番音樂)
老實說我喝過的燕麥奶品牌不算多,但通常原味無添加的燕麥奶都沒什麼味道,讓我不太想喝。買了就會放在冰箱頗久…只想去選有加糖或有特別口味的植物奶
這次有幸收到 #PlantA燕麥奶 的邀約,先幫大家體驗!為了想支持台灣品牌,我也立即在嘖嘖募資了8 瓶,短短2週就解決4瓶了(嗚怎麼喝這麼快啦!)
#完全無添加還能喝到自然甜味⭐️
首先,#完全無添加、#無糖、#無麩質 就打中我。抱著忐忑的心嘗試,很怕也是沒味道或者粉粉的一款
沒想到喝下口還滿濃郁且甘甜!咦!真是太厲害了!
明明成份只有:水、無麩質燕麥、葵花油、海鹽,但卻能喝到濃郁奶香和回甘!單喝、沖飲料、入菜都很讚!掌聲鼓掌一下!

自從發現這款加在紅茶包裡既濃郁又美味後,幾乎天天喝,熱的冰的都美味!拜託一定要試試看!
#小小提醒
因為技術限制,是在義大利生產的哦!因此對於碳足跡沒有因為台灣品牌而減少,當然價格也是???? 這點要特別跟大家說明,以免誤會。另外我覺得是優點的部分,也有朋友反而覺得太甜、燕麥味太濃???? 口味真的因人而異。
總體而言,個人覺得Plant A燕麥奶很值得一試,也許一喝就成為你的必備款!

植物奶 植物性ミルク plant milk
蒜頭 ニンニク garlic
洋蔥 玉ねぎ onion
任何蔬菜 any vegetables
橄欖油 オリーブオイル olive oil
鹽巴 塩 salt
黑胡椒 black pepper
辣椒片 チリ chili
作法 Directions
- 準備2個鍋子,各用油爆香蒜片、一鍋炒青菜,另一燕麥奶鍋加入洋蔥翻炒,都記得加入鹽巴翻炒。
- 燕麥奶鍋加入植物奶、豆乳起司,讓起司稍微融化。
- 加入炒好的青菜,再加一層豆乳起司、洋蔥、辣椒片。
- 撒上鹽巴、黑胡椒,再燉一下就完成囉♡
