你知道羅宋湯起源於烏克蘭嗎？也有人說是俄國或者上海，有沒有看過之前烏克蘭指控俄國搶走他們國家羅宋湯的頭銜？先不論到底哪方是對的，由此可見羅宋湯有多麽受歡迎！但烏克蘭版的羅宋湯其實是以甜菜根為主，而沒有番茄！
我們這次還是煮台灣人比較習慣的番茄版羅宋湯，沒有加太多調味，幾乎都是蔬菜和香料本身帶出的鮮甜及層次，一整鍋滿滿蔬菜滿滿營養，疫情期間保持健康喝起來！提升免疫力✨

馬鈴薯 ポテト potato
紅蘿蔔 人参 carrots
蒜頭 ニンニク garlic
小番茄 トマト tomatos
洋蔥 玉ねぎ onion
芹菜 セロリ celery
- 調味料 Seasoning
鹽巴 塩 salt
黑胡椒 black pepper
蒜粉 ガーリックパウダー garlic powder
月桂葉 ベイリーフ bay leaf
1-2根 乾辣椒 チリ chili
作法 Directions
- 洗好小番茄、剝幾瓣蒜頭、芹菜切段，洋蔥、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔切塊
- 以橄欖油爆香蒜頭和洋蔥
- 加入紅蘿蔔和芹菜拌炒後再加入馬鈴薯塊拌炒
- 加入月桂葉1-2片和乾辣椒1-2根、加水至淹沒蔬菜
- 加入一整顆小番茄、鹽巴、黑胡椒、蒜粉
- 蓋上鍋蓋留小縫煮5分鐘，5分鐘後試吃味道再加減調整以上調味料
- 再蓋上鍋蓋中小火煮5分鐘後，試吃沒問題就完成囉～
- 準備其他料理的同時小火繼續燉，燉越久蔬菜的鮮甜會更多！

- 不吃五辛：去掉洋蔥蒜頭，改多加點高麗菜等喜歡的蔬菜
